As a physical therapist We fix dysfunction Re educate patterns And listen patiently while mattresses, new pillows, 10 min walks, picking up grocery bag etc, takes all the blame for what a decade of neglect truly caused.

Today i met a patient with muscular dystrophy with severe prognosis. While I was assessing him. He asked me if he’d walk again, with a flicker of hope in his eyes. And I said yes—not because I knew, but because sometimes, hope is the only medicine we have left.
