Few years ago, friend's daughter not sure what to do after Alevels, she wanted to work with people & make a difference - well obviously I told her about Occupational Therapy! She's now in 2nd year & loving it. Important to highlight the profession #OccupationalTherapy @theRCOT

First day back at work after annual leave, felt all refreshed ... for about an hour! Busier now than during earlier Covid stages. Deconditioned patients, more complex discharges and continuing staff shortages. This is relentless and unsustainable #NHSreality #NHS
