As expected, fed unanimously raises rates by 25 bps. Equities seem to like the decision based on early action. If/ when a second hike comes is when I would be weary of equity movements.

Interesting day in the market with tech and space leading the sell off following escalation in Iran. If tensions continue to rise (increase in fighting and oil pressure) watch the high beta stocks. Could get a somewhat violent pull back in the near term providing a great entry point

Major development in the market today with Trump publicly pressuring Warsh to lower rates. Personally I do not think we get a cut at the next meeting but with midterms looming I expect Trump to continue to build pressure. Will be interesting to see how this plays out but overall seems bullish for Crypto and small caps.

Very interesting to see Warsh’s comments tomorrow at Jackson Hole. It feels like given the macro environment a raise seems more likely than a cut in the middle term (unless the Iran war ends). However I think Warsh hints at holding rates steady or alluding to a potential cut soon

Great day for Nvidia and I think there is still room to run, will look to exit between 240-250 if rally continues. MRVL on the other hand I think is a buying opportunity either tomorrow or Monday. Stock will gain momentum into their investor day.

Of course Korea raises rates, have to imagine KOSPI tumbles overnight. I doubt this impacts short term movement in the us markets but not great that global banks are raising rates for overall macro environment.
