Try. Fail. Learn. Repeat. The magic isn't in avoiding mistakes... it's in leveraging them!
It took me 6 months to start on 𝕏: ▸ Created 10+ profile pics & bios ▸ Brainstormed 100's of content ideas ▸ Wrote 50+ posts and didn't release any You see, perfection is the death of progress. Start now.
Fatigued. Lacking focus. Irritable. You see, I skipped my morning routine (again)... ▸ No walk ▸ No meditation ▸ No cold shower Winters coming, and l wanted an extra hour in bed! But a few simple actions can make such a difference to your day.
I was playing with my kids and caught myself wandering about 𝕏. "Dad! You're not listening!" It jolted me back, but the damage was done. We often overlook the power of now and get caught up in the past/future. So, anchor yourself in the present by: ▸ Journaling ▸…
Fear of being judged stops many from being vulnerable and sharing their thoughts on 𝕏. Yet, people resonate with those raw, honest moments the most. Show your true self, flaws and all. The world has enough masks.
Oh, man! Having one of those days. You know, the ones where everything feels like such an effort. ▸ Motivation has fizzled out. ▸ The creativity well has dried up. ▸ Fatigued has set in (it's only 10:00 am!) Yet, I'm here. Because small, consistent actions matter.
Brother: "I want to build something. Maybe a mobile game." Me: "Great. Do it!' Brother: "I'd have to learn too many skills before I get anywhere. It's mental. Maybe I can't do it." Me: "It's part of the journey. Start with the first step. Forget the rest." To be continued...

It's easy to get caught up in the vanity metrics and lose sight of why you started in the first place. I find myself questioning: Why am I doing this? Why isn't my account growing? Am I wasting my precious time? It's normal. Continue. The only way you lose is to stop playing.
The road to success is littered with people's abandoned dreams. They fail once and quit forever. I've been there. Don't give up. Persist, and let each doubt, failure, and criticism inspire you.
I always envied people with a natural talent in an area I was grinding through until I realised... Persistence beats talent when talent doesn’t persist.
5 core pillars to cultivate a successful business (& life): 1. Build the habit of consistency 2. Embrace a growth mindset 3. Actively participate 4. Cultivate resilience 5. Adopt curiosity True success is not just achieving but growing and evolving along your journey.
Question everything - even the obvious. At some point, we lost our childlike curiosity. But we were onto something... The key to progress in any venture is the courage to question what everyone else takes for granted.
Why you might rethink that 3rd, 4th, or even 5th coffee: - Disrupted sleep - Too much can lead to jitters - Dependence can dull your natural energy - Stomach issues? Too much caffeine might be why Sometimes, less is more, especially regarding our daily brew.
The coffee code for peak performance: - Limit to 2 cups a day - Avoid 8 to 12 hours before sleep - Experiment with off days to reset tolerance - Try green tea occasionally – less jolt, more focus Master your caffeine intake, and it'll serve you well in work (& life).
