Talk to your children, go through their messages🤷🏾‍♀️. Monitor what they watch and play..pay attention to their emotions, their behaviors..limit tv/screen time if you need to..it’s okay. Allow them to express how they are feeling or journal.

There are so many times we as parents past down hurt/neglect to our children,unintentionally. 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 They always say “hurt people, hurt people” and I believe it. Hate is a powerful source of energy. Whether it’s self hate or the hate for others.

..See a doctor, take some medication..western or herbal🤷🏾‍♀️..It’s okay! Don’t let anyone tell you what was not a tragedy in your life but most definitely seek help and try to overcome what you are dealing with.

Many times there needs to be some action behind prayers. God placed certain people on this earth in certain positions to help. Talk with a therapist. Take some “me” time. Journal✍🏾, talk to people you trust, express your feelings, write and speak positive 🗣affirmations daily.

It’s “mental health awareness” month and I think this is something that hasn’t been taken serious for some time. Especially in the black community. We have always been told to just “pray” 🙏🏾about it.😢

It looks like our Elf is sick😢….With what, I don’t know..it has all kinds of meds🤣😂. I woke up to my kids hiding the Elf from me. 🤷🏾‍♀️😆 We have switch it up this year…It’s fun to see what they come up with… …Me enjoying and honoring my inner child. 💫
