When going on holiday, I don’t agree with completely switching off from your training regime. Sure, dial it down a bit and enjoy what needs to be enjoyed — but you should still find a way to get in a minimum effective dose that will help keep the engine running.
The same day my dad met my mom, he went home and told everyone he'd found his wife. They married less than a year later, had 5 kids, and now have 10 grandchildren and are approaching 50 years of happy marriage. Simpler times. 😃

Whilst I don’t think it’s a necessary addition, there are still SO many important things that will improve your health more than trembling over a tiny drop of vegetable oil in your almond milk.
You should aim to set up your lifestyle in a way that reduces your chances of needing pharmaceutical medical products — whilst also accepting that, in specific circumstances, they can potentially save your life.

When it comes to training I’m usually an early bird, but my current schedule means I’ve had to switch to midday for the last month It’s easy to get caught up in preferences about when you “want” to train, but sometimes life forces you to adapt. Getting it done is what counts 👍🏿
