The worst death message I’ve ever delivered I pulled up outside the house that evening and saw a mum & children inside, Christmas Tree, lights & decs I sat in the Police car, waiting 5mins more before breaking the devastating news #DontDrinkAndDrive

Stopped this Range Rover in Harlesden @MPSBrent - I arrested the driver for no licence / insurance, knife found in car, possession of number of fake ID documents + now we have found a factory making fake driving licences and ID docs @ his home nearby! #RoadCrimeTeam #SpaceForOne

Well that’s the foundation training all complete, nicely finished off with plenty of pizza and cake. Now I just need to run off all that cake Ive eaten over the course of the training to ensure I fit into my ceremonials for pass out 😅. Check out this brilliant cake

A man has died following a collision involving a motorbike and a van in Witham Road #Cressing at about 5pm today, Sunday 22 March. Sadly the motorcyclist died at the scene. A section of the road is currently closed. Witnesses to the collision are asked to call 101.

We'd like to praise the actions of a girl, 12, who was lost in #Wrabness with her three friends. She called at 6.45pm yesterday and she was concerned about the incoming tide. She remained composed on the call. Two children were airlifted to hospital. All four were unharmed.
