@chickenuggets29 @TheTechnician44 @AutoPulseX With multiple cars fighting over a corner, the racing line might change because of space constrictions. In that case, the racing line is whatever line the driver that wins the corner decides is best in the given situation. Try again.

@asvanth1808 Kimi is entitled to. Oscar hasn't earned the racing line. He has to avoid contact. Kimi can choose whatever racing line he wants. Oscar went for something too optimistic, and also locked up.

@DaveDoesAThingy @SpannersReady No requirement to do so. Only time you have to leave a cars with is if you defend off the racing line. This is in the FIA Sporting Code, Appendix L. If you defend off the line, you don't have to leave a cars width if you're entitled to the corner.

@chickenuggets29 @TheTechnician44 @AutoPulseX You're failing to acknowledge that your interpreration of the rules is simply wrong. Stewards say Max had the racing line. Max was at the apex first. Not much to "acknowledge". Max was alongside Lewis before they started turning in. Go watch it again.

@outheregoing @Crypto_MikeNL @fastpitstop Because staying in control is generally about lockups. If the driver has steering action, he's in control. He's also allowed to take kerb. Your definition of "out of control" is simply wrong. Stewards didn't consider him out of control. Hence, he's in control, made the corner.

But there's a difference between refs missing stuff and making wrong calls. Here we are talking about stuff that was ruled on.
