@FlyFrontier and got the nerve to try to give frontier vouchers! Never again! We will never fly frontier again! We got home by flying @SouthwestAir to St. Louis and then to Raleigh.

Did I mentioned they didn’t accommodate for hotels? This is day 2 for us! So now we had to go back and rebook another hotel!! In Vegas! Look at the time they finally sent out the email.. still not mentioning anything about accommodations

All we kept hearing is, they can’t do anything until they speak to corporate. One lady said, no matter where you rebook, you won’t get to your destination until Thursday! So if you tried to fly to Colorado, you won’t get to Raleigh until Thursday, even if you fly to Orlando!

@FlyFrontier we got to the ticket counter with about 60-80 people in line. What they didn’t tell us was that line was for 2 things, to rebook or get a refund. Who cares where you sleep tonight.

@FlyFrontier next night. Which is Monday. Sitting at the gate waiting to board…..flight delayed from 9:30pm to 11:40pm. At 11:30pm the flight is canceled! Lady said you have to go back to the ticket counter because there’s nothing she can do.

@FlyFrontier no one at the desk could help with accommodations or anything. They could only rebook the flight. Ok cool, we rebooked, spend a extra day in Vegas and spend way more money because of it.

@FlyFrontier so we sat at this plane for a hour, heard all the announcements just for us to still give it a shot? My wife and I exited the plane with about 15 other people. Called the customer service number just for no one to pick up(been on the phone for 2 hours waiting)

@FlyFrontier pilot comes on and says, the plane is too heavy for us to take off and we need to bump a couple people off the plane. It was a overbooked flight…. Then 5 minutes later, no one’s off the plane, pilot says nonchalant! We’re gonna give it a shot!

@FlyFrontier before the pilot makes his next announcement, the flight attendants disarmed all emergency doors and arm them again….twice. Then started to count how many children on board.

@FlyFrontier imagine having a great trip to Vegas but now it’s time to go home. You get on the plane Sunday night. We sat on the plane for 30-45 minutes. Pilot says, we are waiting on a runway to clear up so we can leave.
