@paulthebest_ i think this comes down to a fundamental disagreement bc to me osu has always felt much more like a combo game than a rhythm game (i say this as a flowaim acc player) so valuing acc == combo just feels like insanity. but ig thats the direction the game is going so wcyd

haven't posted for 3 yrs bc dead website but with all the lazer discourse, it's annoying how wanting combo-centric scoring is seen as "anti progress". like yes being able to hold big combos is just so much more core to one's skill than accuracy could ever be

@paulthebest_ i think accuracy is a pretty marginal skill metric in most cases with the exception of stream maps. also i think if u can hit a diff spike with shit acc u should usually be rewarded far more than someone with good acc who misses it idk man

we already got csr for pp, scorev2 strikes a good balance for combo vs acc in tournaments, just let us keep legacy scoring on leaderboards dammit (also get rid of slider acc too idgaf)

@Aireuu_ Use the winrawr script during your next subway order and see what happens (you will receive a cold cut combo sandwich)
