This month I decided to do a 30 Day Hard Challenge: (My own version of 75 Hard) -30 min workout inside & outside (1H total)🏋️ -Cold Plunge everyday 🥶 -Reading 10 pages of book 📚 -Meditation for at least 5 minutes🧘 -No Alcohol 🍺 So far so good, I’m 6 days in💪
