@_aditya_sh_ How misleading this whole situation is for the end customer. @agoda , you should work on your communication to make sure that your customers don't suffer. The least you can do for the countless hours and suffering of the customer is to provide the full refund plus a voucher.

@_aditya_sh_ @agodaindia This is shocking. A customer is facing a medical emergency and instead of support, you’re hiding behind vague policies and red tape. Changing cancellation terms without notice is misleading and unethical. This is how you treat paying customers? Unacceptable.
