@myntra I ordered two Men Tshirts and Metro heels from them. A Clarks footwear was delivered to me. I have been following up for a week. They close the requests stating the quality checks passed. How can the quality checks pass when the customer didn't get what they ordered.

Poor quality issues can lead the person to the situation nobody can't imagine. In this case it is an lifeless thing but it can be a life.There should be some kind of regulations for the quality & assurance to the customer that they are buying a good quality @Flipkart
