@PlannerSean 3rd party appeals for OPs is very dangerous and needs to be reconsidered. Appreciating this policy is directed towards nimbys that appeal to 🪓 housing, more often than not, the parties that appeal OPs are trying to deliver more housing (ie: every secondary plan ever)

From a sustainability perspective, in theory should help with thermal losses, but how do you reflect in energy model given operable nature of windows that you can’t control? Pros > cons.
@JShamess We’re seeing between 5 and 10% drop in earlier trades on a project. Big one recently has been formwork guys as they’re the first on jobs. Later trades like M&E still through the roof.
