@hnshah Default Trust. Assume that no matter the error, big or small, there was no ill intention. Startups are personal and emotionally draining, so when there’s a hiccup, everyone is already on edge, ready to blow. Starting from a place of trust encourages questions and empathy.

Great explanation of smart contracts from @ShaanVP. Many of the things we use lawyers for today will be done by programmers and engineers at scale very soon Smart contracts are async, too. As more aspects of industry go async, engineers will replace many analog roles of today

When I ask someone when they’re most productive at the office, I usually hear: ⏰ “Super early in the morning before anyone gets in” or 🌙 “Late at night after everyone’s left” or 🙅 “When I sneak in on the weekend” The office kills productivity
