If I cut off communication with you it is likely because you didn't want to meet me halfway in some regard and it's taking a toll on my mental health, that is literally the ONLY reason why I stop talking to people I was once close with

and ngl, most times I don't voice that because I'm already being emotionally exploited and I don't want to argue about whether or not you think you have a negative impact on my mental health. I don't feel safe sharing bc I was shown I'm not considered in the equation.
