The latest @mbrrace report shows no improvement in maternal mortality rates since 2016 - over the past decade maternal mortality has increased by 15%. Black women are still nearly 4x likely to die & Asian women nearly 2x likely to die than White women. 1/2

Reading research whilst studying, we are still using poor language, even in modern studies. Women give birth, not deliver. We are not postal services or vessels that carry a product. Can we all use birth.....please 🙏🏽 let's make it the normal. Let's do something radical together
