Also, the kicker, nobody of “no fixed address” could stay inside. There it is. Anyway, all the people went up into the great hall. Many waited inside the doors as there were few cabs, subway almost done, & people called taxis/ubers etc.

A reminder that the speeding cars shown in this thread all have something like 25x to 70x the kinetic energy of the cyclists recently ticketed in High Park (maybe even more for the larger/heavier vehicles). Faster. Heavier. Much greater potential to injure and kill.

This is a massively amazing news, Toronto libraries will follow the lead of their colleagues in Peterborough and loan out CO2 monitors. This lets average citizens measure and report spaces with poor ventilation. Well done!
