Some people really don’t understand how shitty it is to have anxiety and not being able to calm yourself down and you literally feel like you’re about to explode and your head is pounding, stomach is twisting, and your body won’t stop shaking. It is the worst feeling.

You should be able to trust your significant other with whoever they want to talk to. I hate this control thing where there’s only certain people you’re allowed to associate with. It’s all about trust. People are fucked
