Lovey to meet @jason_beresford & take part in interactive workshops involving drama, singing & dancing. Pupils were introduced to superhero's from his book Frozen Fish Fingers. Some got the chance to explore his other books, Fish Fingers Vs Nuggets & Yikes a Mummy's got my Granny

Lovely to receive £1000 donation presented to pupils by Bob Smith & Darren Corlett from Egremont Town Pool League. They challenged player Dave Smith to brave the shave in a bid to raise £500…..thank you so much for smashing that target 👏🏻

Whole school coronation party this afternoon….sadly the weather was against our planned street party event …but the rain didn’t dampen our celebrations…. Thanks to staff for making the day such a success…..God save the King 👑

Thank you to Carl Hirst from The Royal Standard, Whitehaven, & their fabulous fund raising customers. Carl & Jo visited ourLakes department recently with Easter eggs for pupils. And this bank holiday weekend their customers raised an amazing £1500 by holding a race night. 👏🏻 👏🏻
