As a remote exec, I honestly think I’d be 10-15% more effective if I went into an office everyday. Equally, the ideal fit VP+ for your team could be 80-100% more effective than the best option within 20 miles of your office. So if you hire well remotely, you come out ahead.

Some of the TikTok influencer ads I’ve seen are scary good. Especially when the creator is known for a particular format. Guarantee that 50% of people don’t even realize they’re ads sometimes.
