Men, master cognitive reappraisal to own your emotions. Reframe setbacks as growth, not failure. See conflicts as chances to connect, not clash. Train your mind to shift perspectives—command your mindset.
You shouldn’t concern yourself with the opinions of others because when the time comes, those opinions will prevent you from doing what needs to be done.
Don’t let your confidence out pace your competence.
Conversations crash at the level of the least informed. When someone argues from emotion or uninformed opinions, facts take a backseat, It’s like a debate with no foundation—flimsy feelings can’t hold up to truth. #FactsOverFeelings
