Made this cheatsheet for #RStats best practice a while ago for use in my workplace, recently thinking a bit more about how we can encourage folks to tighten up their workflows. Any approaches people have taken which have proved effective? PDF on GitHub: github.com/wurli/r-best-p…
Been meaning to add something about {targets} to this for ages 🤔
@_wurli Question: if you use two different computers on a daily basis (home/ office), how do you make sure your files are up to date always without using Onedrive etc (as much as I hate its problems with git)? Push/ pull?
@_wurli 100% on helper functions: internally we have them for connecting and writing to DBs, and for exporting files. Testthat has been amazing for any application-like development. What's your approach to credential management?
@_wurli This is dope I love it. Thank you so much for sharing! 🙏
@_wurli Thanks for this - it’s amazingly linear and simple to implement
@_wurli @antoine_fabri is clearly too modest to suggest including his new package {constructive}, which is excellent for reprex :)
