Per #abalel panel: You want to avoid training fatigue, but it’s also important to be targeted with effective training of supervisors, HR, and c-suite to increase awareness of mental health issues and obligations.
Per #abalel panel: The development of the appropriate workplace culture starts at the top with the c-suite. Nothing happens, or changes, if there is no senior buy-in.
Per #abalel panel: Simply because an employee does not have a primary care physician, or has a physician that is backed up with paperwork, does not mean employer can simply ignore #ada interactive process.
