Stop focusing on efficiency start batching for emotional energy. Efficiency isn't everything.Constantly switching tasks with different energy demands causes burnout. Protect your bandwidth by grouping tasks based on emotional load. Batch for your brain, not just your to-do list

@thedankoe Turns out success isn't a destination at all. You never "arrive" at a static point called success. The true definition is simply enjoying the day-to-day.
