If ActiveInbox is having trouble loading, we're investigating (we think it's related to an update we released to work with the new Chrome, being rolled out today). I'll update as soon as we have news.

Thanks for your patience! The bug has been fixed - you don’t need to install an update, just refresh your browser. Hope you all have a great Christmas/holidays. We can start on the eggnog now we’ve got the bug fixed 😀

Hello, big apologies! We're suffering a whole weekend outage. AIB *does* work but you need to refresh (maybe a few times) to get lucky. Andy's already investigating it and will continue until it's fixed. We'll tweet again with any update as we have one.

You can revert to the old Gmail (the Gmail settings cog) which will allow AIB to work properly. The issue has been fixed earlier today, and we're just waiting for version 7.0.20 to be live in the Chrome webstore
