Unfortunately we are probably seeing supply/demand play out. Until now: it was hard enough to hire new grads from college/uni thanks to competition. So dropping degree requirements became common. But now there’s a surge in college applicants. So lots of places undo that change.

It's ironic how people want freedom on social media but at the same time don't want offensive content like scams. The truth is that a social media platform cannot survive without having any content moderation and control. With that, we either have to pay or see ads 🤷
