All documents were couriered to HAL police station where it's just sitting. What happened to the "smooth" renewal process? @DrSJaishankar @PMOIndia @HCI_London

Heavily traumatised by prolonged time taken for passport renewal. Appln done at London HCI a month back and now stuck at Police Verification stage since last 2 weeks. How will someone travel from London to Bangalore to sort this out without passport! @DrSJaishankar @PMOIndia

What kind of quarantine facilities applicable for senior citizens in Mumbai when repatriated from UK? My mother-in-law is alone and diabetic. Would prefer home quarantine as far as possible. @HCI_London @DrSJaishankar @PMOIndia @MEAIndia @mybmc
