@USCISDirector What do we need to do to #MakeNSCWork ?? Nebraska center sitting on a pile of EB AOS applications since Oct 2020 and @USCIS @doug_rand said not enough demand in EB2 ?? You just need to check Lockboxes in NSC to see demands.

@USCIS NSC is sitting on a big pile of I-485 apps filed during Oct 2020. 45 mnths of I-485 processing wait time is NOT NORMAL, instead ---> ABNORMALLY LONG PROCESSING TIMELINE When will USCIS NSC start working on those? Time is running out. @USCISDirector @doug_rand #makenscwork

#nebraskaservicecenter is causing agony to thousands of documentarily qualified downgrade EB applicants, @USCIS and @USCISDirector should stop discriminating EB applicants based on service center, waiting since Oct 2020 for 485 to be assigned to an officer #MakeNSCWork

IF the below image is TRUE, it’s not good for @USCIS. Definitely there is a better way to engage the Indian immigrants. @USCISDirector please educate the new workers on how they need to sensitive to people who are waiting in the backlog for a decade @POTUS @VP #legalimmigration

Do what you say, all SRs you reply”“Cases are processed in the order in which they were received”. Does this have a different or atleast have any meaning in @USCISDirector @USCIS dictionary, hope not opposite. Our cases rcvd in oct2020 but never touched.

@USCIS LOST HOPE on Transfer of underlying basis. Sent to Montclair CA on Jan 31st. Got receipt. Filed a WKD request to check whether the transfer of underlying basis took effect . Texas Service center asks me to send written communication, which I already did. #makeTSCwork #makeLINwork

I just sent a letter to @SecMayorkas urging him to address the millions of legal immigration backlogs & immediately reopen the @USCIS. The Biden Admin has taken our immigration system and flipped it on its head. We must ensure DHS completes the work it has been assigned to do.
