@smallcaseHQ cannot place rebalance orders. Some weird "session expired" error. Tried contact support using the "Chat with us" button but nothing happens when clicked. Expecting some help and decent customer experience in this matter.

@amazonIN does this all seem like a joke to you? I ordered a webcam worth nearly 22k and received a 900 Rs kid's toy drum and your customer care cannot initiate a return request due to some policy on "seller fulfilled orders"!!!

Haha. It's important to not go by "add comments to your code" blindly. Your comment should only help when there is complex logic that requires additional context to understand. Don't simply add comments for the sake of it if it doesn't add value. Remember…lnkd.in/g59SsUqv

@eazydiner is your customer support system designed to entertain me by playing elevator music while bringing down my position in the queue from N to 1 over the course of 10 minutes and then disconnect the call when it's finally my turn?

On top of that I received booking confirmation for not one but two restaurants which were closed on that particular day when I arrived, and one of them actually had the guts to mark me as "no-show"!

@Swiggy I just learnt today that "the restaurant has confirmed your order" doesn't really mean the restaurant has confirmed my order. So who confirms this order? It's always a blame game between the restaurant and Swiggy when someone messes up.

During one of the mock system design interviews I was conducting a few days back the question came up: how do I identify the functional requirements for a product I haven't used before? This got me thinking, and one of the ways I can come up with would be…lnkd.in/g5MuzffU

Is marketing evil, or just plain lame? A lot of people, including myself in my earlier years, used to believe that marketing is just a lame tactic used by people without any real talent or substantial stuff to offer. Over the years, I've started reading…lnkd.in/g9KbTGPS
