@richardosman I looked it up online and found it to be Thursday, for one week only, rather than usual Tuesday. Then on Monday evening I saw bins had been put out. I immediately chickened out and parked mine by the gutter. Still there today. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

@DrHelenFry I was interested in the use of 'phoned as a shortened version of telephoned. Nobody, these days, would consider doing that and phoned is now the norm. In 1918 telephones were probably reasonably new technology.

@_MikeMcCartney_ I have been through it and it soon becomes a distant memory. Do what you are told and you will have a great recovery. I was always amused that the recovery 'brochure' said, that in 8 weeks I could be doing heavy digging. I never did get round to the heavy digging.

@richardosman I am in the fortunate position of having them all to watch. I only recently stumbled on Cheers and decided to watch them all. Currently on season 4. I am not sure how I missed first time round. Too much fomo in pubs of Ipswich. A place to wait for something to happen!

In work cafe for milk for self make tea. Queue to get served and queue for completed drinks. Nice lady spotted me, sped me along. Reminded of Hancock in 'The Rebel', 'white coffee, no froth'. For today's lune: No froth white, was Hancock's choice to drink, quick simple brew.

@richardosman So you could have been born in: Snickers era, Marathon era or second Snickers era. I wonder how it correlates to the House of Windsor.

@RhonddaBryant Another option - Robin Hood and his Merry Men: "They vowed to help the people of the king, They handled all the trouble, On the English country scene"
