@LeShuttle no updates on travel info - no customer service. But if I miss my slot due to an issue you expect me to buy a new ticket!! Will you refund me for making me miss my train?

Is there any honesty in politics? Seems like the most incompetent become politicians! #petrolshortages

I hope this is not true of other logistics companies also. Maybe that is why @amazon started their own logistics service.

Looking at all the complaints, it is time @UPS_UK was investigated - @bbc5live @itvnews @WhichUK who is caring enough to do so

@itvnews why don't you investigate @UPS_UK withholding parcels from customers who have no recourse for assistance? It is a shocking travesty that they can do this

@bbc5live can you ask @UPS_UK why they will not return my daughter's passport to me? They will not send it to her in France, where she is stuck, and won't respond as to sending it back to me

@UPS_UK @UPS why do you not take your customer complaints seriously. This is absolutely atrocious. No wonder @amazon started their own logistics service.

Really disappointed in the response from @HomeServeUK #HomeServe. Worst customer service from them in so many years of membership

@YorkshireTea I think I will switch to Yorkshire Tea to protest the people protesting YT. If you don't agree with someone's politics, that is fine, but this is crazy. Imagine if it was Donald Trump!!

@LeShuttle Thanks @LeShuttle still not moving. You should update the status web page so it does not display incorrect info. Customer obsession is not your priority!!
