Good Riddance Democrats! Your focus on Undocumented Population rather than high-skilled Employment based Immigration has been baffling - Hoping for the best in coming days with the new govt #greencardbacklog

Who remembers this classic when Dems tried to do immigration stuff in 2021?

I have never seen a player making same mistake, but Virat Kohli is the only player, who got out for atleast 50+ times to play his favourite shot (cover drive) 🤐 - He idolize Sachin, who scored 241 at SCG without cover drive, but Virat never learned from Sachin 😶 #INDvAUS

@AravSrinivas Had this been done by now you would have easily gotten your Green Card. @DOGE @elonmusk - This is a no brainer legislative move which can help a lot of folks in #greencardbacklog

@baytrojan03 @copyconstruct @KurienSS @deedydas Think about why are there are so many Indians or chinese Backlogged? It’s due to the country caps which is the root evil cause - I think this is what he was trying to convey! In this day and age - Merit based Immigration should supersede Country Capped Employment Immigration!

@MidhaMukul @anil_am22 Indeed, how has the EB-1 India date not moved now in past 7 months. That’s 2 quarters of no movement since June 2024

It’s shameful and disheartening to see the founder of one of the most pioneering product of 21st century stuck in #greencardbacklog . There is no place for Per Country Caps, they need to go and should be replaced with Merit focused Immigration rules!

Can someone help untangle this mystery? This is November 2024 Visa Bulletin - A mere Ctrl C+P of Oct Bulletin - How have the dates not moved since the new FY started in Oct allocating fresh set of Visa. Also no word on FB/EB5 spillover so far, Insane! #greencardbacklog

@DcWalaDesi @TulsiGabbard @IndiaToday Thank you @DcWalaDesi for raising an important concern related to Immigration. Democrats seems to be focused on Asylums and Illegal immigration, this is also clear from their Policy agenda as High Skilled Immigrants stuck in #greencardbacklog are not even referenced

@stats_feed Americans don’t know that Legal Immigration is penalized by having a segregation act of its own called “country caps” on the number of Green cards it allocates per country #greencardbacklog

@AttyStevenBrown Why haven’t the dates for EB1 India moved? With EB1 current there should have been good amount of horizontal spillover to the most backlogged country ie India
