@brandcorex These are ongoing challenges throught which we are evolving our software. For things such as background noises and accents we are using trained models best suited for catching accents as well as noise suppression and turn detection so that a small noise doesn't disrupt the flow.

@alex_verem On a similar note but a different problem, we are building a solution for filling out forms with a conversation instead of typing in your own language currently supporting 11 Indian languages. Everyone deserves to be heard regardless of English proficiency!

@whatheabhinav Learning still seems like a long shot but we are trying to revolutionaries form filling using voice. It indeed is very cool to see the form fill while conversing in real-time that too in your own language.

@deandunham Completely agreed. That's why we are working on a conversational form filling solution so that the reviews could be a spoken sentence or a conversation instead of low-actionable low-effort star taps. Thoughts?

@sourcesandmuses You could also look into Amphivox as a way to capture feedback through spoken conversations to really get what needs fixing. We are also building an optional way to analyse these responses and find meaningful insights instead of stale stars that lack the world of context.

@LMJCFO Not denying the usefulness and feasibility but we still feel a star rating does not capture enough context for the businesses to really understand the problems. Hence we are trying to enable feedback via spoken conversation and perform analysis on that. What is your take on this?
