Rant time! It’s incredible how monolithic corporations like @Vodacom have lost touch with their customer’s needs. As a customer I’ve never felt so far removed when trying to get assistance. And imho we just don’t have any competition that behaves any better. #disappointed

Really poor support from @Vodacom @Vodacom111. Never heard back from your team after this and it seems no one is accountable to come back to me as your customer. iMessage and Facetime still not possible on my Vodacom number.

In two days, I've done two complete system failure tests (one loss of power and one loss of storage) with vSphere 6.7. Twice, vCenter has failed to recover. The resiliency of your management plane is CRITICALLY important. @VMware fails. Only @nutanix delivers #HCI #sysadmin
