As well as the obvious shamelessness of claiming he 'stands shoulder to shoulder with the Jewish community,' Starmer fails to mention that he will be celebrating Rosh Hashanah himself with his Jewish family - presumably because he's been told that would alienate Muslim voters.

I particularly disagree with @ZackPolanski's views on immigration, which are naïve to the point of dangerous. They are not, however, evidence of a Jewish conspiracy to replace us all with Muslims, as is often claimed on this platform. Why would Jews want more Muslims in Britain?

I'm with @CJHopkins_Z23 on this one. I've been criticised just as much by 'our side' for refusing to describe Israel's actions in Gaza as 'genocide' as by mainstream commentators for my condemnation of the Israeli government's cynical manipulation of the 7th October pogrom.

The proposed 'anti-genocide' march this coming Saturday in Southend seems intended to be an astonishingly precise replica of Cable Street and other anti-Jewish Fascist demonstrations from the 1930s/1940s. Except that the heirs of the Fascists are now posing as 'anti-Fascists'.
