Hi everyone.👋 I haven’t posted in a few days. Been a bit of a rough week. We lost a cow and 2 calves but this is my bright spot. This cow lost her baby and this baby lost her Mom so we decided to try grafting or another words adoption. It worked! Yay!🙏👏🙌😊♥️🐮

Just when I thought I might get through the first calf heifers unscathed 2nd to last heifer had this calf but uterine prolapsed and passed a week ago This heifer was last to calve and had DOA twins 48 hours ago Lemons to lemonade I guess looks like we already have a match

@angrycowboy1 Friends in Alabama had surprise Walking Horse twins. Vet missed the “extra”. But the social media Vets still gave home holy heck over it. As a breed, TWH high percentage of twins that survive. But honestly by selection you also eliminate it as a trait.
