Is it too much to ask for tools that don't randomly update every other day? I'm looking at you vs code and teams.
I just want to get stuff done, I don't want to be a beta tester all the time.
Open Source as a major driver in the future seems a bit bleak to me. Monetizing it is hard, people frequently pick the wrong licenses, and AI could help whitewash code away from those licenses. Will be interesting to see where OSS is in 5-10 years

I've been talking about this on stream (as have others) for a while now. I've shown actual studies/research/statistics showing that the "dependency" culture we have right now is causing major security issues throughout the entire tech industry.

Another interesting note on curl | sh stuff. You know that .sh domains are a thing right? I accidentally curl'ed a domain instead of a script on my local because I downloaded the script first...
Now theres an odd glitch to be found there somewhere like with zip domains...
