@PMOIndia @nsitharaman @arjunrammeghwal Respected PMO, as u hv earlier stated erlier cz of CS, Compliances hv been increased by 85% but ammennding Rule 8A will affect the compliances.ICSI has enough resources to serve ur purpose, kindly consider turnover also

MCA has raised the limit for Private Company for appointment of Company Secretary from Paid up capital of Rs. 5 crore to Rs. 10 crore w.e.f. 01/04/2020 and it will result in unemployment of Company Secretary. Please consider this @nsitharaman @narendramodi @FinMinIndia
