We pay our taxes, do everything right by the country as legal immigrants. The #H4EADdelays has led to unemployment, so much distress and added to the uncertainty of the pandemic that we’re living in. Please provide an extension, while @USCIS is dealing with backlog. @KamalaHarris

@tyler_t_moran Please look into #H4eaddelays If u apply for #H4ead renewal, U cannot apply 6 months before expiry & current processing time is anytime betwn 10 to 13 months by @USCIS @USCISMediaNorth This is a sure shot way by @USCIS to make sure spouses of H1b lose their jobs. Such a shame!

@MichelleObama I waited 6 years to get EAD & now I lost my job, bonus bcz of delay in EAD renewal process. Yes, H1b should be financing for us dependents, but does that mean H4EAD spouses (mostly women) should not fend for themselves? R we living in 1800? #H4EADdelays @JoeBiden @KamalaHarris

@FWDus Please check out the plight of H4 EAD holders too. Because of an unnecessary step like Biometrics which was introduced by Trump administration, thousands of women have lost their jobs. I am one of the victim too. Please hear us out too. #H4EADdelays

Will lose job soon, i have provided the proof from employer to USCIS but my expedite request got denied. I wonder what is taking them so long to process H4EAD? My H4 is already stamped.

#H4EADdelays I have been waiting for my H4 extension and H4 EAD for almost one year! And it’s still pending! My RD is 02/19/2020, fingerprint was taken in March 2020! But my status never change since March 2020! Please update my case! @Transition46 @JoeBiden @USCIS @KamalaHarris
