Despite of so many pertinent reasons and lengthy audit due to amendments in sch 3 of the companies act still extension is not granted for Annual e filing under companies act. Now MCA portal is also not working? May be these reasons are not enough for decision .

Don't rely on so called discounted sale of iphones on Flipkart any more. They usually supply substandard iPhones. In case of defect they refuses to replace and favors merchants than customer.

Erstwhile Direction 39 of HFC(NHB)Directions 2010 prohibits HFC to further carry on business if they fail to repay Public Depositors' money. One can imagine importance given to FIXED DEPOSITERS in said law.But IBC has not provided any such provision in its code. DHFL best example

IBC does not provide clear guidance on how to balance the interests of the FIXED DEPOSITORS in the case of a resolution process. DHFL small depositors are biggest loser in the recent resolution process.

Till the time GOI look into sympathetically and beyond the law demands of FD holders , no COC and new Mgt of DHFL will pay any money to them . At least one Direction to this effect must be given by GOI in the matter which is lingering for almost 2 yrs.

Fixed Depositser are not secured in Public Limited Companies . DHFL depositors are biggest example. One must think twice before depositing in such companies . All rules, regulation n regulating authorities governing deposit are on papers and have no weights/meaning in real sense.

@DHFL_Debt This is useless n I don't understand what's d fault of investors who deposited 2.5 lakha or more thn that...this categorisation of any upto 2 lakhs is totally absurd..if one invest 2 lakhs thn he is a small investor n anyone investing 3 lakhs becomes a high networth investor?

When a Bank fails the government come into action and save its FD HOLDERS but in case of DHFL not even a single statement has come from them which assure them repayments. Even in the bank amt of Rs. 5 lacs is guaranteed but in case of DHFL NCLT approved Rs.2 Lacs only .

MCA portal is not working at all from many days. God knows is it server problem or software problems with their portal. An additional fee waiver is very much needed at this moment.

RBI कहता है जानकार बनिए सतर्क रहिए । हम तो जानकार ही थे AAA DHFL में FD की थी हमें क्या पता था की RBI जानकार नहीं है 10 साल से फ़्रॉड हो रहा था RBI जानकार नहीं था RBI अब तो जानकार हो गए हमारे पैसे 100% वापिस करो । #DHFLscam @narendramodi @RBI @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia

Before announcement of name of successful resolution applicant by NCLT a guarantee by RBI and an undertaking by new owner should be given for 100% repayment to FD holders whose FDs are already matured for repayment.
