@NobodysChild placed an order last Wednesday and still haven't received my dispatched email. Now it won't let me log in, or send an email on your website. HELP! Need the dress for my Hen party.

@Aaptiv I signed up for your free trial earlier today. You took my card details and signed me up. When I went to download app it says it's only available in US. And now I can't cancel my subscription! #help

@TicketmasterCS Hi ticketmaster. I got an email confirming the refund for the tickets. Does that mean the extra tickets you sent will still work for us to use? We ordered 2, but charged for 4. On my account it only showed the booking ref for 2 tickets which has now been deleted.

@TicketmasterUK the last four times I called your customer service I was only hold for over 40 minutes each time until I gave up. I've also emailed you and have had no response! You've charged me twice and I need a refund. Your customer service has been awful!!!!
