@Betterhelpers hi I'm trying to sign my daughter up for swim lessons, I got most of the way there but then it said I selected the wrong card type and when I tried to go back it cleared everything. Now when I try to restart her name is greyed out.

@LNER I am trying to rebook my cancelled train and the website won't let me choose my seats - it will only give me seats in the opposite direction of travel and I need a seat in the direction of travel.

@corinnemckay Even less specialised agencies will often post (on LinkedIn or elsewhere) that they need particular language combos for specific types of clients/content, so if you fit the description definitely highlight it as they might need you urgently!

@corinnemckay I work at a small specialised agency and if I get an email from someone who highlights their experience in our specialty I will reply a lot faster!

@VirginAtlantic Hi, please is there another solution? Every time I try to ask for an agent in the chatbox they are too busy and the recording when I call the number is garbled and incomprehensible. My flight is next week and I just want to add a meal request before it's too late.

@VirginAtlantic Hi I've been trying for a few weeks to request a special meal but I get the "Sorry try again later" message every time. Chatbot doesn't help either.
