I understand the intent of the new rules but having access to data that’ll show how long someone’s in the canteen or gym for is quite draconian. What’s next? Requesting Online/Team’s meetings attendance logs? Banning Christmas parties?

FIA move in with a significant Cost Cap rule change for 2027, adding a 12-page rule to segregate employees. This adds another complexity layer amid resistance from Formula 1 teams: motorbiscuit.com/fia-deploys-ma… #F1 | @MsportXtra

@bansheemother I have the Hume Pod which is at an home body scan and I recently thought the same but showed I’d lost fat but gained muscle. If you’re eating 1.5-2g:body weight of protein and doing regular weight training this is likely your result.

@lastgrlon_earth I’ve been eating the sticky date pudding one everyday for about 6 months. My golden standard of protein bars. So fkn good macro wise, tastes 10/10.

Would appreciate any gratuity from my fellow Tiger and F1 fans in support of Beyond Blue. My first official Half Marathon race and would love to pip my colleagues on and off the course. Donate here: 2xuwellness26.grassrootz.com/beyondblue/ama…

@DVSGains 60-90+ mins before workout: 3 brown rice cakes with honey and peanut butter. 30 mins before: a double-shot black coffee.

@itsraceweekbaby @_ver5tappen I saw one girl getting crushed hard up against a concrete barrier. The security/event staff were pleading for orderly queuing before opening the barrier to to get to the track gate etc but no one listened.

@MattJelonek @taipan168 Was at Changi 2 days ago, they had a water refill station within the gate. Everyone filled up their drink bottles.

@Jonesracing82 @F1NightRace @Max33Verstappen @redbullracing Overall experience amazing. Sprint race was more exciting but my view wasn’t as good as on the Sunday. A must do race weekend for anyone regardless of level of F1 interest. Just so much on offer. Probably even too much. Impossible to fit it all in.

An F1 fridge magnet and keychain costing $65AUD is peak F1/Singapore. Have spent three times what I did in the whole of Malaysia in less than 48 hours here. Help.

I’m still perplexed by how much they dropped the ball when they had the ticket sales info!?! And hearing they refused to engage with SIC/local authorities to adequately prepare. Gross mismanagement.

A few thoughts as I left @sepangcircuit after the Bahrain GP in Malaysia. The three days have been chaotic and a lesson in what you need to do to cater for over 100K in attendance. The @BAH_Int_Circuit largely failed on Fri with shuttle lines descending into Lord of the Flies.

Being at Sepang was truly an experience. Outside of the biblical fk up that was the food/water/traffic situations, the crowd was phenomenal all day. So much passion. It gave football like levels of noise for overtakes. Now, off to Singapore! #F1

Absolute BIBLICAL roars from the crowd as Lewis overtook Isack. Martin was blown away how they could hear it in the commentary box, this was seriously something. What a crowd 🔥🔥🔥

@goldenblobs Took me less than 2 hours from SIC to KL Sentral by private driver. The public transport option was diabolical. Zero traffic management. Luckily the weather conditions were a lot safer than the 2 days prior.
