I’m still upset by this. 😔 @flyPAL @Expedia not giving me hope in ever doing future travel with both groups. This credit they gave will be it’s last thing we do together. Too sad.

Hi @flyPAL are you able to relax your policy for @Expedia to release my money? They keep saying it’s your policy they can’t refund it. I’d like to use my money at my own terms please. Like using you guys again when I am comfortable to travel, not the deadlines you give me.
