I lost 10+ years worth of carefully selected (from their feed) recipes that had become family favorites when @Pinterest deactivated me without explanation or warning. Really regretting trusting them to store all that work and wish I’d printed out or backed up what I loved.

Warning to anyone like me on @Pinterest - not a creator or a business just a cook who saves recipes, back all your stuff up and find a new platform. They can and will deactivate without warning or explanation and there is no cust service. They don’t care at all about their users

Are there any real people who work @Pinterest customer service? They deactivated my acct “for spam”. I just pin recipes, never post, no followers. Not a spammer. Chat bots say appeal which results in a denial form letter refusing to help or explain why they suddenly hate me 😭

@AmericanAir These bot replies are not helping.

With all the weather delays in Dallas, @AmericanAir manages to compound the problem by allowing a crew to time out because they forgot to load catering on the plane.

@AmericanAir Doubtful. A flight attendant just showed up and now the gate agents are AWOL. This is literally the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I hope AA can step up their communication between catering, crew, staff in the future.

@AmericanAir We waited 90 minutes for new pilots. Right after they arrived, flight attendants timed out. Can’t make this up - why didn’t someone notice attendants were at their limit and get those at the same time as pilots? So we wait again.

@AmericanAir We don’t have a crew here. I paid a fortune for my ticket and took a crack of dawn flight to be sure I’d make it. Again, weather not your fault. Stranding hundreds of passengers due to catering carts? Adds insult to injury

@AmericanAir We should have taken off at 11:39. The weather had cleared. We boarded and sat for an hour because catering hadn’t shown up. Crew timed out. Deplaned and now stranded at DFW

@AmericanAir You can’t make this right. I’m supposed to be at a rehearsal dinner in 4 hours. Weather is out of your control obviously but this was a total screw up.

It one thing when it’s weather. It’s another when you board, sit for an hour because the plane didn’t have catering, and the crew times out. @AmericanAir thanks for nothing 😢

Inexcusable @AmericanAir - stranded in Dallas because after waiting out a weather delay, you board us and we sit on the tarmac for an hour because you forgot to load catering on the plane?! And then the crew times out.

@RichardHanania Anyone else notice the “stars” always had the right answer? The contestant who won caught on and always agreed with the star.

Hey @enterprisecares why do you take and confirm a reservation then when I show up, no cars available?! You couldn’t call me and let me know? I’m now stranded. You don’t REALLY care, do you
