Read "I came up on a lighthouse" by Shantanu Naidu. Was skeptical at first, but it was a fairy tale. Good heart and humor. "Moulding doesn’t happen with cotton and wool. It happens with heat and hammer. It happens with confrontation, criticism and uncomfortable conversations."
