Thank you @FedExHelp for the quick and kind response, I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again.

Sadly this only happens with FedEx, I receive USPS and UPS deliveries all the time with no issues, I don’t understand FedEx policy on this.
@FedExHelp it’s such poor judgment, just leave a slip for pickup or alternate delivery day if you see that you cannot leave something securely. I don’t understand this.
@FedExHelp it’s completely irresponsible. I live in a city, I don’t have a porch, the drivers have literally left my things on the sidewalk
@FedExHelp I have received 2 deliveries in the past week, left in front of my home, begging to be stolen, despite clear signs on my property directing where packages should be left

@SEPTA working elevators should not be optional. Not having them restricts access to people who need really them. Please fix it.
@SEPTA I had to drag at least 50lbs of stroller and baby up 2 flights of stairs because I had no other option.
@SEPTA The man in the wheelchair was told to get back on the train and find a stop with a working elevator. Not OK.
@SEPTA The elevator at the 8th & Market station is out of order. I watched a worker shrug her shoulders at a man in a wheelchair.
@PhilaStreets what's the proper way to discard a large piece of furniture like a bookcase or bed frame? Can they go curbside on trash day?
