"Imposter Syndrome" is only experienced by people who are being completely inauthentic. Prove me wrong.
If you want change, you must bring the unconscious conscious. The fastest way to do this is to hire a coach or a mentor. You can't see your own blind spots. You don't know what you don't know.
For the past 20 years there seems to be an increasing focus on "toxic masculinity". Why don't we focus on "conscious masculinity" instead? Men who are confident being men, respect their wives and lead their children in love, congruence and authenticity.

Most goals people set however come from the head, 'i should be/do x', so they are not real desires. It's not that there is friction, it's that there is no drive. Like a boss telling you to do meaningless work.
@beingTravisCody @creation247 It comes from psychological research into workplace equity, gender roles, and mental health. The original work discussed high achieving women not identifying with their success. All high achievers must stay hungry and work through doubt. Otherwise they backslide.
Procrastination is simple: You are not doing it because you don't want to. Telling yourself you "should" want it doesn't make you want it. When the desire is real (not from your mind), there is no procrastination.

@beingTravisCody @thejustinwelsh Publishing a song is not exactly like launching and supporting a SaaS 😅 The personal brand works if you have a huge audience, otherwise you need to find other scalable ways to acquire new customers (and retain). But yet, we need to start somewhere, right?

I am building my entire life around: • Starting my day in the ocean watching the sunrise • Ending the day with people I love watching the sunset Impossible to have a bad day with these two bookends.
I used to think I needed a call to retain and upsell clients but that always felt awkward. Now I just send a message asking them if they'd like to stay. And often it works way better. No stress. Just good clients and good trust.
