@jimmywhero @n8radcliffe @RamiShashaMD Yes! I like the lasso technique with the vertical grooves with 8-0 goretex. Can dock the 8-0 goretex needle in the same thin walled 30g you'd use for Yamane. So, try the lasso first, convert to Yamane if necessary.

Did you know that polling shows ophthalmologists are consistently the number 1 or 2 happiest doctors of all the medical specialties? Hard to believe since much of the public is not even aware that ophthalmology is a medical specialty. More on that later.
